Rachel Leticia Curcio Ximenes é sócia do CM Advogados e especialista em Direito Notarial e Registral e Direito Tributário. É bacharel em Direito pela PUC-SP, pós-graduada em Direito Notarial e Registral pela Escola Paulista da Magistratura (EPM-SP), especialista em Proteção de Dados pelo INSPER, PUC/SP e pelo Mackenzie. Doutora e mestre em Direito Constitucional pela PUC-SP. Pós-graduada em Direito Legislativo pelo IDP. Rachel é professora de Proteção de Dados e de Direito Notarial e Registral e preside a Comissão de Direito Notarial e de Registros Públicos da OAB-SP (desde 2019).
